Pros

Goodie Give a way. The 4 day schedule which works for people who actually have a life outside of the lab.

Cons

Where to begin; Lets just say I have one foot out the door. Theres no reason why this place pays as low as they do with the amount of work that has to be done. The pay is tremendously poor. Been here too long and have yet to get a raise or recognized for my hard work. So its fine. Im plotting to leave. Nothing is ever steady here. Things could be a lot more consistent. Favoritism at its finest here. Employees are rude and get to speak to other employees in a rude manner with NO consequence. Maybe if the pay was better, the attitudes from employees and the micromanaging from some of the management would be somewhat tolerable. I see why everyone is plotting to leave at this point. Its even hard to get management to stay.

Taking the time to provide feedback is important. I hope you have given this feedback to your managers so that they can discuss your career plan, training opportunities and the ability to increase your compensation. We will continue to evaluate our compensation structure to ensure we are competitive within the industry. It is unfortunate to hear the concerns regarding alleged favoritism and rudeness. We will look into the matter and address any issues that stem from the lab environment. Please reach out to me directly so that I can address the particular lab you are referring to. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve and create a culture where everyone is appreciated. Bob Cox, SVP, HR

Pros

Numerous others in the same situation as you makes it easier to get through it once you leave its so much better

Cons

They should be ashamed of themselves. The company does not appreciate hard workers. I worked on the night shift and had a very weird schedule and was always trying to get in touch with our management team. They want you to contact them about everything. Never could get in touch with any of them except once in a blue moon. Very unprofessional management. They like to talk behind your back but act nice when you're around. Some of them got into management because of favoritism. Actually I would say this for all of the management team except for one which i wont mention their name or anything. It ruins a good thing. Don't recommend. Corporate lets them do it. Left for a highly lucrative research position that i am now making double the money. FSNS doesn't pay well. They like doing under the rug type of deals ask anyone who has been working their for longer than a year.
