Pros

I truly enjoyed working with my fellow team members, some of the best co-workers I have had in my professional career. They were bright and committed to FoodLogiQ's mission. The company has a lot of potential. It was nice to work on a product that can have such a positive impact.

Cons

Unfortunately, pretty much the entire executive team is incompetent and completely myopic in their strategic initiatives and management. It has caused many talented, committed employees to run for the hills. They seem to be more concerned with their title and image than their employees' morale and long-term growth of the company. It is sad to see a company destroyed by a few megalomaniacs that do not have the experience or talent to hold the positions they have, and keep it through deception, bullying, and delusion.

Pros

They are good at telling lies.

Cons

Management. They don't listen. They have poor follow through. They have unrealistic expectations. They are concerned with their appearance more than the real issues. At this rate, they'll keep losing talent.

I’m thrilled to be a part of this fast-growing company, which is known as THE most respected thought leader in the food industry regarding traceability, supplier management, and product recall management. If you’re willing to work hard, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute your positive energy towards a meaningful common goal, I highly encourage you to join our team. The exec I report to is the best I’ve ever worked for; she’s a thoughtful, caring leader who empowers her team to do their jobs and encourages them to stretch and grow professionally and personally. She’s a great role model, and I aspire to be like her.

Cons

Not a con, just a caution: if you just want a job that allows you to ‘coast,’ this is NOT the place for you. It’s all hands on deck...but I like that kind of environment.
