Pros

The insurance can be good depending on your situation.

Cons

There is a sign in the building that reads "the team with the best players wins" which perfectly matches the mentality of the company. The owner and upper management of the company (the coaches) don't actually take responsibility for any of the problems within the company, they simply see any problems as the fault of employees (the players). This has lead to high turn over rates and a culture within the company that makes employees feel small, replaceable, and very stressed. Years ago I told my manager that I felt my workload was too strenuous and that I was overwhelmed, assistance wasn't given to me and I was left to flounder my way to success. The next year when I had overcome the obstacles in my way and completed my objectives with flying colors, the mere fact that I stated I was overwhelmed was counted against me in my yearly review. If you are thinking about working here seriously consider how important it is to you that you are treated as a person and not a replaceable cog in a machine. Management has proven for years that they have no intention of changing to fix the culture their practices have created, but they WILL turn over employees at a consistent rate hoping that eventually they will just find players good enough to carry the entire team, bad coaches included.

Pros

Travel. Cheapest travel possible but travel.

Cons

Dollars to hours their travel is absolutely not worth it especially considering their pay. As a well rounded employee you will only be asked to be everything so never volunteer. General business principles and standards are as the wind blows and changes according to the whims of management.

Pros

I travelled to several chiropractic seminars on the weekends and saw a lot of the country, and the clients were very friendly and hospitable. Free insurance if you work out in the onsite gym

Cons

Shifty work hours, useless Wednesday morning meetings, micro management, won't pay overtime, no time during business hours to take care of dr apts or errands, no appreciation for a job well done, no incentives for top producers, management team is so "busy" ( stuck in useless meetings) that nothing ever gets done. Employee satisfaction is very very low, many having feelings of despair! TERRIBLE PAY!!!!
