Pros

There are some genuinely collaborative, kind, and talented individuals trying to make a difference here. When the right people are finally brought to the table, great work CAN happen.

Cons

The culture often feels more like a branding campaign than a lived experience. Leadership tends to operate in a vacuum, delaying key decisions and only looping in execution teams at the last minute, creating unnecessary fire drills. The company frequently seems to operate on a wing and a prayer—throwing ideas at the wall and constantly shifting direction, often without fully committing to or following through on a strategy. This instability contributes to a revolving door of talent, with people coming and going at an alarming rate. Strategic focus is misaligned—major investments go into flashy physical revamps when consumer behavior clearly favors digital and e-commerce solutions. While the company says it’s focused on omnichannel innovation, progress is slow, the app is clunky, and the overall digital experience is lacking. Internally, collaboration is a mixed bag—some team members are strong partners, while others bring immaturity, drama, and self-interest to the workplace.

Pros

As long as you are not 25, your wage is not subject to personal income tax.

Cons

The personal income tax takes about 1/3 of your wage off, simply because you turned 25 years old.
