Pros

Popcorn once a month? Make more money because you won't have any days off to spend the money.

Cons

Paltry and restrictive discount Abuse - verbal and physical A toddler provides better HR support than HR actually does Absolutely no work life balance Health hazards Degrading CEO Will fire you one month before retirement for "not making future numbers" despite never failing to meet your metrics Will be told that the job is more important than your dying child and not to expect to have a job if you don't stay Losing FMLA paperwork 3 times until you bring in a lawyer and they magically find the paperwork Employees will be called "bodies" and "jokes" will be made that "a fly has more worth"
