Pros

Decent discount twice a year with almost 50% everything in store Getting first pick at shoes Cool place to work for sneaker heads or friends with sneaker heads

Cons

Top sales associates get the best schedule (new releases which is guaranteed sales) instead of rotating shifts where everyone works a release every once in awhile My manager was super sexist and always pushed the girls to be on register and lose out on sales Pay is 1% of what you sell ($1 for every $100 you sell) or your hourly pay which is minimum wage Manager would force us to shamelessly upsell people. If moms seem “on a budget” they tell us to put other items in the kids hands so they’ll beg their mom to buy it. Any item like socks, or a shirt to Match the shoes. It was heart breaking to watch the moms struggle to pay or keep saying no and feel bad. You have to kiss major butt or allow management to be really weird or annoying or inappropriate to move up in the store. Or work there for like 15 years. Would shame you for not coming in when they call you on your day off or punish you by giving you a bad schedule for sales. Won’t let you transfer if you have issues with management. A friend requested to transfer 5 time and they kept denying her because the manager didn’t like her.
