The discount was great and getting the first dibs on some shoe releases were I really nice perk not much room for growth. I was given the role of manager in training without my position changing or my pay increasing and I ended up doing extra work for zero benefit and for a year And a half I was promised a promotion that never came. Never any review period and pay raise. Company would over hirer and many people would end up getting 0-5 hours a week the only people who would get ours were the very few full timers and selling was completely competitive so if you weren’t making top sales goals you wouldn’t get hours.(until company cut all full time roles unless you were manager-in training) Management tends to be I heard on employees without any remorse or care for their well-being. The environment and culture is very close knit it isn’t the most diverse job market. The only people who will get hired were either Asian, tall, a basketball player, or a cute girl getting hired as a cashier. Hours are never gauranteed.
