Pros

The people at Foot Locker are great. The atmosphere is very casual and the products and campaigns are very exciting.

Cons

Compared to similar companies and similar positions... pay is not competitive and there are little to no bonuses. Benefits are okay.

Good for Beginners in Management

Pros

Decent pay for little to no prior management experience since they generally promote from within. So there's lots of room for growth.

Cons

Like any customer service job, it has its ups and downs, but allotted hours were a big deal for me. As the store manager, I generally worked alone in a mall setting almost all day until 4 or 5pm, simply because we didn't have the budget or the hours to have a second associate with me. It was always busy and each store I managed struggled with high theft.
