      You get to see inventory first. You get an employee discount, AND a friends and family discount. You get to meet different people from all walks of life. Sales get you paid! You help people feel and look good in their shoes.

      Cons

      You need to meet personal sales goals, or your hours get cut. Friends might get mad at you if you cant help them with a discount, refunds or exchanges or keeping a pair of sneakers on hold for them.
