Pros

The clientele could be the best part of meeting and interacting with different crowds daily, with the occasion of returning customers.

Cons

Over workered you. Most stores may be understaffed. Even if there are a bunch of employees working at a location they dont get scheduled as much due to budgeting. REquires you to do everything they want but arent willing to grant hours to do so unless store is horrible.
