Pros

You make your own money while working at Foot Locker. By using commission based pay, however much work you put into the job directly correlates to how much money you make.

Cons

The base pay before commission is way too low and the commission of 1% does not make up for the base salary. Both of these need to be raised in order to make this job worth it.

you could get shoes that comes out before everybody else knows about and you could meet famous people there.

Cons

I just don't like when people don't wash there hands and when people steal from places.

Company values are purely growth and financial Compensation is below average for parallel jobs During peak work to home life is abysmal
