Pros

The discount is nice, you get to meet new people in a relaxed work environment

Cons

As a woman, our concerns were not always taken seriously and the interests of the company often seemed to be more important to managers than employee well-being.

Pros

- great company culture, they hire the right people - good employee discount 30% - get to see all sneakers early and get employee pairs if you're lucky

Cons

- very low hours (less than 10 a week) - have to hit sales quota but that's pretty easy
