Pros

The best reasons to work here is because of the discount from the company and its branch stores also like Champs.

Cons

Something's that aren't the greatest of the job is the pay, it's $5.40 am hour and 1% commission. It's good although when you become a sales lead or assistant manager.

Pros

The culture was top down wonderful, they understood how to have fun in the workplace and ensure excellence was delivered in overall member experience, productivity and bottom line. That is why the employee tenure is 10, 15 20 and 25 years, people want to stay. :0)

Cons

I cannot share one opportunity. They have a great succession planning program that allows employees time to develop into leaders, or network within another department through job sharing, what a great option to offer, career opportunities, develop talent within your own organization.
