Pros

the commission is good 30% discount occasionally 50% off learn very quickly competitive environment awesome team-work

Cons

management was terrible. they talk about how terrible the employees are. not many hours too many people working and hired a lot of drama in the workplace

Pros

Once in while get a pair of shoes that are exclusive if the other employees don't get em first.

Cons

1% commission on shoe sales. It's obvious that you're harassing customers trying to fight for a 1 percent sales commission, stand on your feet and most of the time we did not have the product people wanted.
