Pros

the fact that there is a discount given is a pro of working for this company, along with being on commission, so YOU determine what your paycheck will look like (to a degree). They offer a scholarship for employees after having worked a certain number of hours. You can be "lent out" to work at multiple stores and not just your home store.

Cons

Poor training. People steal sales if things aren't rang up correctly. There aren't enough hours given to certain stores to make the store function successfully. Some managers are lazy and never want to be at work and will want you to do their work for them. They require/ask/want you to do a lot of work for a limited amount of compensation.
