      Pros

      - International colleagues. - Regular 30% discount with 50% twice a year. - Sample sales. - A company bus (cutting the travel time from the closest city down to 30mins instead of 45mins). - Company operations expanding across Europe. - Good company to have on your CV.

      Cons

      - Antiquated systems. - Extremely heavy MS Excel dependent working environment (I cannot emphasise how heavily dependent it is spreadsheets 20 iterations deep). - Lack of collaboration between divisions, each country will do their own thing. - The "USA way" of business operations is dictated by corporate, even though this is not conducive to European operations. - Save money by not paying employees wages they would easily earn elsewhere, no career development and minimal training. Management then wonder why staff turnover is so high. - The location is in the middle of nowhere, in a village without a train station requiring a 45min bus ride from the closest city with one. - Promoting employees who have no people skills or management skills to directors/VP's etc. based only due to the fact they have been there so long. - The company has a terrible reputation with recruiters, I was asked no less than 6 times ... "why is it so bad there?"
