Pros

Footlocker is a very fun work environment. You work with a variety of people that you can develop long lasting friendships. As a sales lead you still get a taste of management without the pressure. Once a sales lead you get one vacation a year, besides that its impossible to the more than 3 days off at a time. The discount is amazing if your into athletic gear or a sneaker-head.

Cons

Low pay, disrespectful customers, hard to advance in the company without personal favor of the higher ups.

Pros

You get a 30% discount on the merchandise they sell in their stores

Cons

The overwhelming amount of work and my managers are of no help. My direct manager doesn't know what is going on and barely gets by everyday.

Pros

• 50%-off family discount twice a year • okay benefits, but nothing that amazing

Cons

• no opportunity to grow your career; a lot of empty promises and stalling between managers and HR • pay is not competitive; HR lies about doing market research and is awful at justifying why they underpay you • entire company is outdated and out of touch with current trends, marketing, and technology • lazy, inexperienced, and unqualified management that cannot provide clear direction or goals • management takes advantage of team; expects everyone to work long hours and dismisses people who ask for support or to be compensated • CEO and VP's only care about other executives; no appreciation for junior-level employees • boy's club mentality in the corporate office; women are openly treated as inferiors • multiple executives have made me feel uncomfortable/not safe, especially when they drink too much at office functions
