Pros

30% discounts, first hand pick on new released sneakers.

Cons

Very little pay for cashiers. You have to be able to sale too but the commission does not go to you. It's basically like you're doing free extra work. Also for sales associates, sometimes it can be slow or your co-workers will be greedy and take some of your sales. That's why I hate jobs based on commission.

Pros

Laid back atmosphere, easy work tasks, employee discount, like my co workers and managers.

Cons

Little room for growth, unfair pay/commission, horrible hour/breaks, no recognition for hard work. Overall, cheap company.

Pros

Having the first look and feel of the products is a plus for me.

Cons

The pay could be better, with a billion dollar company they could pay the works more or equal to the highest paid minimum wage.
