Pros

Was able to work with colleagues who were also being exploited by Footlocker.

Cons

Management has no previous management experience; as a result they over-personalize and lack finesse. Policies very strictly enforced. I was written up and actually suspended from work for several days for taking a 13 minute walk around the block during my lunch break. Footlocker is 100% about making money for corporate stockholders and hedge fund managers. Corporate office call center has "HELP WANTED" sign in front of company 365 days a year in Wausau and has very bad reputation locally.

Pros

Discounts were great, experience was awesome, met amazing coworkers.

Cons

Pay is extremely low, long hours(bullets Open-Close somedays), not enough people to cover vacation shifts, no opportunity to advance with the company unless they desperately need you.

Pros

Great customer interaction that builds communication skills. Great opportunity to make connections with people.

Cons

Long hours and higher management does not care much. Also, the pay for the amount of time you have to spend in the store is not worth it.
