Pros

Great time off and reasonable discounts

Cons

The pay is very low for the work and time you put in. On top of that any holiday over 2 weeks that you have earned the year before if not taken before January you loose them. As you can imagine this is very difficult around November and December as these are times no one in the company can have off. Unless you high up then it’s fine....

Pros

Fast pace work environment where customers is the focus and providing a memorable experience. With a passion for sneaker culture, going to work is a pleasure everyday.

Cons

Stuck in a mall for long periods of time with little to no sunlight. Part time hours can be very scarce, with short minimum shifts.
