Pros

Employee discount (which they're thinking about taking away).

Cons

They care more about the customers than they do about the morale of their employees.

It was a good learning experience

Pros

Gave a good learning experience for retail companies. The major thing was that only a small fraction of the paycheck was based off of commission, while the rest came from hourly work.

Cons

Never really recieved enough hours. On average, I worked about 13 hours on a good week.
