Pros

Discount is good Getting latest trainers

Cons

Up selling things customers don’t need. Having to sell cheap overpriced insoles with massive pressure to do so. Lying to customers about benefits of said products. Area managers are no help who set unrealistic expectations on staff. Forgetting about customer service and making it obvious to customers your on commission. Not returning clearly manufactured faulted trainers because it will affect your dialy targets, this comes back to poor customer service.

Pros

Really good company Cares for staff Good community feel

Cons

Some times didn't get all the break that I was supposed to if the shop was busy but that was only if we were extremely busy or in a rare case short staffed(so not really anyone's fault to be honest)
