Pros

I really enjoyed working in Foot Locker as it gave me an opportunity to make money, develop my management skills and helped create a path of leadership that was exciting.

Cons

Long hours (as a lead/manager, often as long as 12 hours) and a focus on "add-ons" (socks, insoles, polish, etc.) which sometimes makes the customer experience more like buying a used car.

Pros

You sell products you love. For people who are kinda sneakerheads it must be heaven. You wlll also meet other sneaker oriented guys and you can share your thoughts with them as hear from them. Footlocker is a number one sneaker selling company and for some people there is no better place to work.

Cons

It's a standing job and it may be exhausting.
