Pros

Great staff, good management. Great hours, nice little perks when it comes discounts on sneakers, and not having to wait in line on any big launch day, and room for growth if your looking to make a career out of retail

Cons

Starting wages are low as a sales associate. But it is retail so it comes with the territory as it is retail after all.
