Pros

Very engaging job. There is a new challenge every day. Surrounded with ambitious higher ups. Having a good dm is very uplifting.

Cons

More and more tasks, less wage hours. Upper management needs to simplify every day tasks. Better communication between departments in head office

Wouldn't recommend this employer

Pros

The salary was fair and most of my colleagues were nice to work with.

Cons

The company culture was very autocratic and hierarchy focused. The communication between different departments was very difficult. I didn't get the sense of long term vision, very poor and chaotic organisation, slim to no chance of employee growth and development. This company does not value its employees and its sole focus and purpose of existence is turning a profit - at any cost.
