Pros

The discount can be used in different types of stores within the footlocker corporation. Co-workers are friendly with everyone in different footlocker stores, not just the one you are working in.

Cons

Discount continues to decrease every year Salary is small There's a lot of bias Customers dont believe you when you say you dont have what they want You have to take surprise tests You have multiple books you have to complete Its dramatic between your boss, co-workers, and customers Not understanding when you have to take off of work Does not understand that most of the employees are students and have lives outside of footlocker
