Pros

You get 30% off and there are two days during the year employees get 50% off. Good if you want part-time and are going to school.

Cons

Minimum wage and having to deal with customers. Unreasonable expectations. Not enough hours going around.

Pros

Employee discount 30% 50% off days 4 times a year

Cons

Uneducated management. Push sales rather than customer experience. Commission structure sucks. You have to work your butt off for little commission.

Pros

I had a very flexible schedule, I was able to swap a shift everytime I was unable to work. They were also very respectful about having certain days off for other activities other then work like church etc. The people I worked with were great for the most part and it was a very relaxed environment.

Cons

where to begin... management was awful, they made excuses constantly for not having enough hours for all the other sales people. There was a time where I wasn't scheduled for about a month and a half, I only had two shifts because of taking them from other people who were not able to work. When management was asked why this happened they said things such as "this isn't only happening to you", when the other people I asked were not having the same problem. As well as bad management I had little to no training, I had one day of watching videos for orientation I was sent right on the sales floor with little to no knowage about the products, or even how to use the cashier. Because I was only getting a shift once a week (if I was lucky) I didn't know about the new stock we would get in and by the time I would work again it would have all changed. About two weeks before my terminations got a call from my manager telling me that he would be changing me from sales to cashier which would be allowing me to work more hours and help with the over staffing problem. That never happened. When I was terminated I was told that they were letting go the newest people who were hired, as it was something nice to believe someone who was hired with in a week of myself is still working there, so it was all one big excuse.
