Pros

Great pay and benifits. The co workers are great and they have an excellent training program. allowed to get shoes for free

Cons

Overworked, required to work 70- 80 hour work weeks and every holiday. They do not care about your personal and family life. If you are not a man than you will never advance.

Pros

Associates are cool to talk and work with, gained managment experience. Other than that nothing.

Cons

Depending on your boss hard to get days off, No apperciation for any work that is done, pay sucks for all of the work that is expected.. Also you spend alot of your time doing training on how to pretty much bug your customer into buying everything.. Your expected to be on the customer like white on rice literally.
