Pros

Discount, people(at store level), atmosphere in store, customers, product.

Cons

Upper management is clueless, DM level is lacking in people skills, no raises, low pay for required work, lots of hours involved, lack of respect from DM position, too much turnover in upper management, unless you kiss lots of a** you will not be favored..no matter how well you do your job!

Pros

Great discount, great people, opportunity to see a lot of entertainers and load up on great sneakers.

Cons

The pay sucks, that's literally the only problem I had with them. If I could go back I would go back in a heart beat.
