Pros

Discounts and thats it. 30% off and employee sales are 50% off everything. Worth it? maybe but not really compared to the cons.

Cons

Poor management. Poor pay. 6.91/ hr in Ca plus 1% commission. Worse hours. No room for advancement unless someone quits or gets fired. Huge turn over rate, literally a new part timer every week if not more.

Pros

Nice clothes, nice people, clean work environment. The shoes in the store is what kept my interest because I love nice shoes.

Cons

Bad management, no room for growth opportunities. The songs in the place played over and over again so you got really tired of them.
