- Great working environment - Easy to learn - Great discount!

Cons

- Minimum wage - Commission, however, your minimum wage will drop. - During Summer and Holidays, they would overwork you even though if you were part time.

30% discount and occasional 50% discount on shoes (great for sneaker heads) music playing and laid back work environment pretty good customers and plenty of conversation

Cons

retail hours suck, every holiday they want you working you only get paid 1% of your commission or $7.25 an hour. Your checks are only good if you are selling large amounts. Constantly going up and down ladders, very tiring
