Pros

Time on the clock is usually pretty chill. A busy store allows for lots of sales which leads to commission. Managers and regional leaders handled internal issues well.

Cons

When the store is empty, working at Foot Locker can be hateful. The managers sometimes start to try to make up something to do. And it sometimes leads to a little "ruffling of the feathers". The company tried to train sales methods on a methodical basis, where when you're selling something such as sneakers, it takes much more of a case by case mindset.

Cons

Where i worked however was understaffed therefore we were all having to work more than our contracted hours.
