Pros

Working together with your team

Cons

Upper management is the biggest failure of Footlocker. They don’t know what they are doing and are clueless to the actual daily operations and demands of stores. Most of upper management clearly couldn't cut it elsewhere. The politics and favoritism is another downfall. They fire good people and keep bad people. They discriminate against females in management.

We LOVE hearing this. A supportive team really does make all the difference, and it’s great to know your store felt low-stress and welcoming. Part-time roles should fit into your life, not take it over, so we’re glad this worked well for you. Thanks for the recommendation, and for sharing your experience!
