Pros

Remote work and the discount on shoes.

Cons

The reorganize every 6 months or so. They will lay you off and then rehire your position 2 months later. Leadership is full of unethical people who do not care for their employees. There is no humanity in them and let go of great people who have been there for years. Loyalty means nothing to them. Pay is not competitive.
