We really appreciate you calling out the people, because that says a lot. Strong teams are what carry everything forward, especially during busy or evolving periods. We also understand how frustrating it can feel when things move fast without enough structure or clarity. Thank you for being honest, and for everything you’ve contributed over the past few years!

It’s great to hear that you were able to learn and grow, especially early on. Retail can teach you a lot quickly if you’re open to it. We also appreciate you sharing your thoughts about leadership and support, especially for newer team members. That early experience can shape how confident someone feels. Thanks for sharing your perspective!

It’s awesome to hear how much you valued the flexibility and the experience you gained. Being able to balance work with school while still building skills and earning incentives is so important. We also understand that growth opportunities can feel more limited in smaller markets, so your perspective there is really appreciated. Thanks so much for sharing, and for being part of the team!!
