Pros

Cool company for those early in their career or wanting to get into a certain career path but most jobs tend to be underpaid. I used it to get experience early on then jumped ship and doubled my income after a year or two there.

Cons

Low pay, you get more elsewhere Plain and simple, there is better out there.

Pros

High energy environment. A CEO that cares for the employees

Cons

To really excel at retail management you have to take on responsibility as if you own the store. But you don't own the store so work life balance suffers
