This is so nice to hear! Friendly coworkers really make all the difference, especialy when you're learning and building confidence talking with customers every day. Those are skills that stick with you long term. We're really glad your experience has been such a positive one. Thanks so much for being part of the Foot Locker team!!

We appreciate you sharing both sides of your experience. We're glad the hours and discount were positives for you , but at the same time, everyone deserves to feel respected and supported at work, so it's disappointing to hear that wasn't always teh case. Your feedback matters, and we appreciate you taking the time to be honest about your experience. Thank you!

Cashier Interview

Pros

The interview process may take 10 minutes in person. Questions such as your experience, strengths and weaknesses, and "sell this pen" are asked. Rock your favourite sneakers and be yourself! I only had high school experience, so explain why you want to work there, and your desire to learn new things. You also get a discount on some products.

Cons

If you get good management, you're in GREAT HANDS. Most managers don't care about you, and they won't even do things to help you. Assistant managers, on the other hand, are key players in management matters that way cashiers, sales associate can work effectively. I've had good and bad managers and I've learned to adapt since I work here part time.

Thanks for laying this all out! It's super helpfulfor people to hear what the interview process is like, and what to expect when walking in. We also appreciate you being honest about how much managers can impact the day to day experience. When leadership shows up and supports the team, everything feels easier. When leadership falls short, it hits harder for everyone on the team, and on the floor. Really appreciate your perspective ,thank you so much for sharing!
