Pros

Discounts, co-workers, the environment is really fun. I mean you get to work with sneakers.

Cons

The pay! I had consistently proved that I was a top sale person in the district and had high qualifications but my pay was only $8 an hour. I truly feel that if this company paid more to established employees that had college education it would generate higher sales from more experienced people.
