Pros

Discount, good atmosphere, nice managers, associates are cool

Cons

- first and foremost they recently changed their discount policy and it sucks now. that was their only pro and now it’s gone lmao - the pay is terrible they’re a multimillion dollar company and they pay minimum wage plus 1.8% commission, so if u work 10 hours a week on days that it’s dead you’ll make $75 for the week lol you’re always on ur feet, always dealing with rude people, and they make you do SO much work for minimum wage. HR is complete bs. i’ve been having a issue with HR for the longest, they’re lazy and slow and i truly think corporate footlocker is full of idiots lmao

Pros

Growth opportunity, fun challenging work environment.

Cons

They’d moved away from salaried pay for full time AM’s and depending on season commission didn’t make up for it.
