Pros

Good people, friendly place, decent pay, decent opportunities for growth. Some departments have flexible working arrangements in place for their people but nothing is formally in place.

Cons

New management is trying to implement multiple systems and make tons of changes all at the same time, without any top level coordination of efforts. Employees are overwhelmed and there is very poor work life balance in most departments.

Pros

Fun environment, get a discount on shoes and apparel, employee discount included, some Foot Locker stores are located inside of the mall so easy access to other department stores and food

Cons

Hard to get a pay raise, especially when you have been recognized in the company's sales district multiple times, employee discount can be a little higher
