Easy going, not to many complaints if your a sneaker head. Be prepared to be asked what your discount is daily.

Cons

Hours fluctuate and the pay could be better.

Pros

They offer a great discount. You're able to build long-lasting relationships with customers. Opportunity to network with other employees from different stores.

Cons

If you don't network, it may be hard for upward mobility; all about who you know. This may go for other jobs, but if you want to have a ranking, you have to develop relationships. As Asst. Manager, you basically manage the store.
