Company that provides minimum and expects maximum.

Pros

Employee appreciation discount is nice to have every four months. Staff is pretty cool, and the hours are very flexible.

Cons

You don't get your 15 minute break. Plus the unpaid 30 minutes break. You work super long hours. Management can be funny when scheduling hours and showing professionalism. They barely abide by the rules. You set up an availability and they try to make you work more than you can. They are usually understaffed which sucks and puts more pressure on everyone else.

Pros

Bonuses, Benefits, 401k, Shoes, Discount, People.

Cons

No raise. You have to work your way up to higher volume stores in order to get a raise, and it could take you years to achieve that.
