Part timers are hard to retain due to low entry level wages and limited opportunities for promotions. Never any type of set schedule and expectations from upper management will never, ever be met.

Favoritism, discriminating managers, terrible hours (talking about 1 day a week with bi-weekly pay). When you hear how much they pay you might catch a stroke and pass away. bi-weekly pay is $6.38 + a terrible 1% commission. Rule of the jungle while on the sales floor, so employees will shove you or run through you to take a sale in the blink of an eye. Cant miss work because of school, they say it in the orientation "I dont care if your grandmother dies, come to work". Definitely not a good place to work, everyone can do much better.
