Pros

Discounts on top-notch merchandise, fun environment, easy going co-workers, and ability to be yourself while working.

Cons

You seriously have to work really hard to sell shoes and apparel to receive a decent check. I have never work commission before but working here discourages me to look else where with commission based pay.

Pros

Very nice discount. Uniform is simple and a lot of training about product knowledge.

Cons

Pay is very low but I think is because of the way of living in New York. I don't think is that bad if you work in another state.
