Pros

First dibs on new releases, discount, flexibility. Training is good, you're always learning new things. Some of the customers are actually really cool.

Cons

For a billion dollar company, the pay is really crappy. Managers don't do much, they just make the part-timers do everything,

Pros

Great hours, flexibility, nice co workers. You gain a lot of expeirence with these job. Nice discounts on store merchandise. First grab on new sneaker releases.

Cons

Pay is little if you dont sell well. Which is bad because if you dont sell you won't make that much money in the end. Sometimes availability becomes a probem. Everything for the store is online, so if you don't have acess to a laptop you're out of luck.
