Pros

Stable job, some very smart and talented leadership

Cons

- Does not pay market and it's nearly impossible to grow unless somebody else leaves. Raises & EOY evaluation process are unusual - Tons of unnecessary meetings & decks every week - so much time is wasted spent talking in circles and repeating the same info to similar audiences rather than getting things done - Lack of organization, way too many many emails, chats, etc. that cause confusion and messiness in the org, things are getting lost all the time - Tech & development are way behind competitors, always running into barriers and no effort is made to push through them or make improvements. Stuck in the 90s because of longer term employees resisting change. In denial that the Foot Locker name is not what it once was - Benefits & PTO are subpar for corporate employees
