Pros

1. Good place to learn new tech 2. Since the company is moving towards being more digital, the management and the tech teams are working towards a unified goal 3. You are given enough time to understand and work on things that are unknown to you and generally are not judged based on this. 4. Very flexible work hours, cuts both ways though.

Cons

1. Salaries are mediocre 2. Benefits are below par 3. Career growth is difficult 4. Bonuses paid out based on your position and not contribution and hikes are almost invisible. 5. Although the company promotes and lives on youth culture, the work place is entirely different. Not a lot of eat outs, team hangouts, no office parties, gaming zones etc. 6. Little appreciation to the tech team, but mistakes come with a lot of backlash.
