Pros

As long as you are not 25, your wage is not subject to personal income tax.

Cons

The personal income tax takes about 1/3 of your wage off, simply because you turned 25 years old.

Pros

you're free to build your team, DM are not as micro-managing as other retailers. Nice sense of community

Cons

Foot Locker attracts all kinds of weird people, from customers to employees you might inherit from the former manager, this is the hardest thing to deal with Salary raises are a joke, 1$ raise in this economy is an insult. raises are given based on store performance and audit, foot locker is targeted for theft, if you stop thieves you might get fired but if you don't stop them you can kiss your misely raise goodbye...
