Cons

The work hours are terrible. Minimmum 45 hours for salary employees and no weekends off. Not great for family life.

Fun enviroment , good pay but upper management treated there employees bad.

The product was well worth all the work.

Cons

Not enough hours to run store effectively. Work load was too much, most of the time we had to work with two pleople on the sales floor and we had to complete several tasks plus help customers.
