Nice holiday parties and happy hour events

Cons

No room for growth or cross functional exposure for learning. Even though the corporate staff are professional and caring, they are at the whim of nonsensical leadership. FYI Corporate expectations change as quickly as the wind. The company is not stable nor is it run as a professional business.

Pros

They pay well, most of the team is very experienced, and they allow for a good work/life balance.

Cons

Non-traditional policies and procedures. No room for growth. Turnover rate is high; whether they leave on their own or they're fired over emotional decisions...not performance.
